2007/2008 Dr. Howard Russell Action Research Grant Recipient
Paul Pickard, Vice Principal at Moira Secondary School in Hastings Prince Edward District School Board is the first recipient of the Howard Russell Research Grant. Mr. Pickard is working with a team of 5 teachers from his school to examine whether "working as a team to develop, share and practice methods for teaching and assessing learning skills improve student achievement?".
